Speed Secrets
The dry ingredients are all mixed together, the wet ingredients are all mixed together, and then they are combined. As you measure out the dry ingredients dump them in a bowl and mix them up. Then measure out and add ump the wet ones. This also minimizes clean up.

Directions
Pre heat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients: Flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Stir them together with a whisk. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Stir with a wooden spoon until mixed. It's OK if a few lumps of flour remain. Better not to overmix

Grease the pan. Pour in batter. Sprinkle fruit on the batter. Sprinkle topping on the batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Good served warm or cold. Serves 6 to 8.
